These Terms govern your use of EmpireGit, operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
EmpireGit provides self-hosted-style Git repository hosting and CI/CD infrastructure on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host unlawful content or to violate the rights of others.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
